Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all users of LeadGenX360 (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to this policy.


1. Subscription-Based Software

LeadGenX360 is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform provided on a monthly or yearly subscription basis.

All payments are made in advance for access to software features and tools.

We provide a 7-day free trial so users can evaluate the software before purchasing.


2. Free Trial Policy

Every customer is given 7 days of free trial access

The free trial allows you to test features, performance, and suitability

After the trial period, payment is required to continue using the software

Once the free trial ends and the subscription is purchased, the user is considered to have accepted the software as delivered


3. Custom Modifications & Refund Rule

In some cases, we may modify or customize the software based on a customer’s specific business requirements.

When a customer:

Uses the free trial

Purchases a subscription

And receives custom modifications or configuration

The payment becomes strictly non-refundable.

This is because development time, server resources, and engineering effort are spent specifically for that customer.


4. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing

The service remains active until the end of the current billing period

No partial or prorated refunds are provided


5. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Monthly and yearly plans

Unused subscription time

Custom-configured or modified accounts

Business losses or unmet expectations


6. When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds will only be considered if:

A duplicate payment was made

A technical failure made the service completely unusable and was verified by our team

A refund is required by Indian law

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.


7. No Refunds in These Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

You did not use the software after purchase

Your business did not get expected leads or revenue

Your third-party accounts were restricted or banned

You violated our Terms or third-party platform rules

You received any custom modification, setup, or configuration


8. Chargebacks

Raising a chargeback without contacting support may result in:

Immediate suspension of your account

Permanent loss of service access


9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of LeadGenX360 means you accept the updated terms.
